Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov, the fight for the UFC 299
Last 6th October in Las Vegas took place this big event, to be the “King of the jungle”. McGregor succumbed in his attempt to recover the lightweight title against the current champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov, this was who frustrated McGregor with his superior fight and kept him most of the match with his back on the ground.After four rounds Khabib was proclaimed champion and win on his first lightweight belt defense. A result that nobody expected. But unfortunately the fight did not end at that moment, being as Khabib set out from the quad and went straight to fight with McGregors staff. His triumph was stained by this serious incident that ended with a pitched battle, which later moved among the fans of each team.
Before what happened, the UFC responsibles promised serious penalties for both fighters, despite the apologies. But, the question that everyone asked himself was, why Khabib did what he did. The reason was because during all the pre fight, McGregor spoke about his religion, his country, his country, and also went to Brooklyn and attached Khabibs bus while he has shown respect all the time.
What are your thoughts?
UFC is like two animals in a cage, fighting each other and ends up when one of them gets KO. With that I want to say that, each fighters, McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov, don't need to mix their issues with the fans that had paid to watching them.

The fight was interesting to watch, especially the difference in tactics that both players were using. The attack of Khabib was extremely unprofessional but taking in account the adrenaline the rush of the figth, and all the dirty talk the anger is understandable. eventho it's an very agressive sport it's dangerous for the public if actions like this happen. I think the players should be punished to avoid further accidents, and to further protect the crowd.
ResponEliminaKhabib was being very respectful and he was calm in every confrontation with McGregor. After the fight the staff of Conor were still insulting him. I think every person has a breaking point and this was Khabib's breaking point. I don't approve his action, however I can totally understand his reaction at that specific moment.
ResponEliminaThe fight was so good and very interesting, but sad too see what happened after the match, it was very unprofessional behaviour from Khabib and it was lack of respect. And this sport is about fighting true, but its is also about respecting your oponent which neither of them did which was sad. But I do not completly blame Khabib for what he did because conor and his team were racist and pretty disrespectful in the press conference. Conor also insulted khabibs father and religion which was very wrong. Though still what Kbabib did not do the right thing by attacking Conors team and I think both are at fault here. I hope things like this do not happen in the furure becuase then it just kills the sport.

ResponEliminaIt was a very interesting match, I'm a Conor McGregor fan and it was very hard to see him lose. Khabib was much better the whole fight, he got him down a couple of times and Conor got back up but overall Conor didn't had the chance of winning. Their behavior after the fight and before the fight was unsportsmanlike behavior. I hope we will never see such behavior again.
